Restaurant of Basque-Landes specialities and wine bar with numerous references.

A well-known address with a whiff of south-western France, Eric's native land. You'll find Basco-Land specialties such as foie gras with aged rum, pork terrine with Espelette pepper and duck confit, all homemade. Cuisine is served according to the market, and fish is sourced exclusively from local fishermen. As for the wine list, it's unique in Guadeloupe, because 619 is also a real cellar and wine bar, with over 200 fine wines to choose from, as well as a selection of beers and spirits.
