The cuisine, orchestrated by chef Éric Briones, invites you to discover a creative gastronomy based on fresh, seasonal and local produce. Starters include pan-fried foie gras with apples and blackcurrants, sea bream ceviche and cocotte of snails. You can then enjoy Caribbean bouillabaisse, "label rouge" chicken casserole or matured rib-eye steak. Desserts such as crème brûlée with old rum and lime, or a palette of sorbets with an exotic coulis, offer an exquisite sweet touch to round off your meal. L'Autre Version also boasts an exceptional wine cellar, with over 100 references, including 80% from Burgundy, carefully selected to sublimate each dish. To complete your experience, Sylvie and her team offer attentive and dynamic service, doing their utmost to make your visit as pleasant as possible. A must for gourmets!
