Thermal springs with sulfurous water from La Soufrière, renowned for its many virtues, and bathing available.

These thermal springs benefit from sulphurous water at 26/28°C, which comes directly from the bowels of La Soufrière. The basin is cleaned regularly and attracts many tourists who go hiking. The water is reputed to help relieve muscular aches and pains, asthma and arthritis... Swimming is possible, but the water is not drinkable and a sign warns you not to put your head underwater due to the presence of amoebae. Beware, too, of the slippery ground, so bring suitable sandals.

Ces bains sont très agréables surtout après la randonnée je conseille donc de les faire après pour éviter d'avoir des ampoules tout simplement !

Accessible très facilement puisqu'au raz du parking de départ du sentier du pas du Roy, cette source chaude bien aménagée sur deux bains sera encore plus appréciée au retour de la randonnée du dôme de la Soufrière. Détente originale garantie, en compagnie autant de touristes que de locaux. Sympa !

Eau chaude, très agréable d'y être après l'ascension de la Soufrière qui nous a pris quand même quelques heures avec les enfants.
Attention, il ne faut pas plonger ou mettre la tête sous l'eau - risque des amibes, même si il est très très bas.
