Anne-Solène works with chocolate in an artisanal way and proposes a range of peyi products; chocolate bars, pralines, ganaches, fruit jellies with local flavors, nougats, original spreads in a "crousti-coco" version or caramels with fleur de sel and vegetarian chili (to appreciate the flavors of the chili without the "spice").
