Placed under the banner of local gastronomy, "Jou a sowbé péyi" offers a series of interactive workshops and activities for young and old, focusing on traditional sorbet, sinobol and other frosty sweets. Conceived as a celebration of traditional know-how and the pleasures of the table, the day-long event (2pm to 10pm) invites locals and visitors alike to discover or rediscover the region's culinary riches, and to meet the archipelago's artisan ice-cream makers.
