After working at Ladurée and a Michelin-starred restaurant on the Champs-Élysées, chef Célia Darlis decided to return home a few years ago and open her own restaurant. Efusion offers multicultural cuisine with Caribbean and world flavors. The idea is to highlight local produce and West Indian culture with an Asian influence, two cuisines which, according to the chef, marry perfectly. A combination of tastes that breaks the mould, for trendy cuisine in an intimate setting.
