Depuis le 02 octobre 2023 grande piscine vide et petit bassin vidé également. Complexe fermé alors que le site indique qu'il est ouvert????

Nous avions vérifié préalablement les horaires d’ouverture sur le site internet. Nul part il n’était indiqué que la station thermale était fermée. Nous avons quitté Baillif pour nous rendre a Ravine chaude et avons trouve des portes fermées, sans aucune information si ce n’est un numéro de téléphone auquel personne ne répond.
Nous avons donc appelé la mairie pour avoir des informations et s’ entendre dire que la station thermale était fermée pour cause de travaux. Et que nous n’étions pas les premiers à nous plaindre.
C’est une véritable honte et un véritable manque de respect à l’égard de l’usager. Après une telle expérience, je ne reviendrai plus à cette station thermale et ne la recommanderait a personne
