A more accessible and friendly address, where you can enjoy tasty smoked fish burgers. Bread, fries, condiments: everything is homemade! The business is a family affair, with every member of the family pitching in, from sustainable fishing to preservative-free processing and catering. Find seafood products (rillettes, diced tuna, fish merguez...) at the laboratory on route de Beaurenom (8am-3pm).
