Le Bison offers Creole dishes (colombo, dombrés, fricassée de ouassous, ragoût de boeuf...), as well as pasta boxes and a salad bar. After-work "chill & tapas" evenings are organized every Thursday, and the establishment also broadcasts the most important matches. The bar offers a selection of champagnes, rums and cocktails.
