Tony Prudent, originally from Martinique and now a native of Marie-Galante, offers direct sales of beehive products (royal jelly, honey, propolis, pollen, mead, candles). Her honey has the authentic flavor of honey produced and harvested on the island of Marie-Galante. It has already earned him a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de la Foire de Paris in 2015 for Campêche honey in the light tropical honey category. Tours and workshops are available for groups, but must be booked in advance.

Guadeloupean craftswoman Fabienne Youyoutte has been voted "Best Craftswoman in France" in 2019. She has three stores in mainland Guadeloupe and now one on Feuillère beach. Fabienne Youyoutte handcrafts excellent ice creams and sorbets in local flavors, to be enjoyed in a timbale or in a fresh, crisp, homemade cone. The authenticity of fruit and other local produce is perfectly preserved, to the delight of gourmet connoisseurs. Enjoy on site or on the beach.

Marie-Galante's battery syrup is reputed to be excellent, and the Délices de Siblet syrup only confirms this. There are a dozen syrups available in a variety of flavors. Siblet's syrup has a consistent taste from one year to the next, and keeps for a long time. At Patrick Maurin's factory, you can watch the cauldron at work, while receiving explanations (always with a smile) on the process of making battery syrup. You can also taste the syrup and then make your purchases in the store, where pastries are sometimes available.

In this store, you'll find the restaurant's must-have products (fish rillettes, spicy tuna cubes, sausages, fish merguez...), to take with you in your suitcase! The restaurant operates as a family business, from the catching of the fish to the processing of the preservative-free seafood (located opposite the Grand-Bourg landing stage). This is also the location of the laboratory where everything is produced, and their smoking technique is inspired by ancestral methods.
