Located in the heart of Grand-Bourg, in a two-storey building, this recently opened restaurant aims to breathe new life into the town center. Le Bison offers Creole dishes (colombo, dombrés, fricassée de ouassous, ragoût de boeuf...), as well as pasta boxes and a salad bar. After-work "chill & tapas" evenings are organized every Thursday, and the establishment also broadcasts the most important matches. The bar offers a selection of champagnes, rums and cocktails.
