Blue pool created by the junction of the Galion and Ravine chaude rivers, with a large natural slide and waterfalls.

Go through the Tourist Office to find out the way as there are hardly any signs. Do not venture there in rainy weather! The junction of the Galion river and the Ravine chaude gives birth to the blue basin. The water follows a path lined with huge volcanic rocks and lands in a turquoise blue creek. A large natural slide and waterfalls along the way make this site a small paradise. Swimming is possible at several points along the trail. The parking lot is opposite the trailhead.

Baignade exceptionnelle dans un site naturel splendide. Seul petit bémol endroit toujours fréquenté. A ne pas louper !!!!

Balade courte et facile, suffit juste de ne pas louper le début du chemin de terre, à droite dans le premier lacet du sentier bitumé ! jolis cascade et bassin, vert pour nous ce jour là (il pleuvait)

Très belle baignade et belle balade aussi dans ce site naturel. Départ à partit du plateau de Palmiste. L'eau n'est pas froide et il y a des jolies vues.

Une de mes randonnées préférées sur l'île tant par son aisance naturelle que par sa beauté rurale brute. Une vraie plongée rafraichissante dans le superbe Bassin Bleu viendra couronné le tout.
