CAP CREOLE

Cap Creole has specialized in the production of Caribbean smoked fish since 1996. The brand offers a range of seafood products that are very appreciated locally and worth discovering (smoked fish rillettes, smoked fish boards, fish fillets, pâtés...). Some are available in supermarkets. Others, from the delicatessen range (carpaccios, fish steaks such as tuna minced meat with cives, marlin tartar with vanilla salt...) are only available in the brand's shops (Saint-François, Bouillante and Jarry).
