Mr. Bernard succeeded in opening several bakeries on the island, the only one remaining being in Anse-Bertrand, now run by the3rd generation, who bring a touch of modernity to the business. The establishment offers classic breads, Viennese pastries, coconut tarts and flans, bokits, sandwiches and more. It also has a catering section and a terrace.
