This bakery was founded in the 1960s by a winner of the Tour Cycliste de Guadeloupe, a true local personality given the popularity of this sporting event, which takes place every August. Mr. Bernard succeeded in opening several bakeries on the island, the only one remaining being in Anse-Bertrand, now run by the^3rd generation, who bring a touch of modernity to the business. The establishment offers classic breads, Viennese pastries, coconut tarts and flans, bokits, sandwiches and more. It also has a catering section and a terrace.
