The volumes of the Bauges and Tommes de Saint-Ours are refined here for the fruit of the Fromagerie Cheese Factory for five to seven weeks and will cover a beautiful flowered crust before being ready to eat. You will also find Savoy Cheese, Beaufort, abundance, reblochon. Some wines from Savoy from the cellar of Cruet, from génépi, from the jam of the Ferme farm, from Savoy honey, from Chautagne snails are also available to concocter beautiful baskets of local produce.
