This is the place where it is good to be able to satisfy your appetite and enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. The first thing to do, book, especially for the beautiful days to get a table close to the windows or terrace! The cuisine is inventive and refined around the pleasures of the table. The chef, Hervé Thizy, with a goûteuse kitchen based on fresh products. We enjoyed the On Saint Jacques toast. Fish from the lake come directly from Bourdeau's professional fisherman, Parpillon. Gently, impossible to withstand the or of raspberry and grandiose acidulous. We appreciate contemporary decoration. The outdoor lounge to drink the aperitif while waiting for a table is tempting, it is drowned in the green with view over Lake Bourget.

Parfait comme toujours, fondue excellente et la formule à volonté nous a promis de goûter a deux sortes différentes.... seule point compliqué : il faut réserver longtemps a l'avance, la rançon du succès !

Ce soir, passage au Coulant Baraqué.
Bel accueil.
Service assez rapide et repas génial. Choix varié à 4. L’assiette baraqué, les diots et à deux nous avons pris la Matouille????????.
Juste exellent !
Les assiettes sont largement garnies et excellentes.
Nous avons pris un CROZE-LHERMITAGE pour accompagner tout cela et variante de desserts avec : glace maison pistache, une dame blanche et une crème brûlée.
Le prix est vraiment raisonnable.
Je recommande sans hésitation…
Ah si juste une tout petit bémol :
Je n’ai pas apprécié le kir bulles/ Châtaignes . Pas assez frais et bcp trop sucré…
Mais je n’en tiens pas rigueur.
En sortant nous avons pu discuter de l’affinage des fromages sur place et ça c’est super chouette ????????????????
