This is the place where it is good to be able to satisfy your appetite and enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. The first thing to do, book, especially for the beautiful days to get a table close to the windows or terrace! The cuisine is inventive and refined around the pleasures of the table. The chef, Hervé Thizy, with a goûteuse kitchen based on fresh products. We enjoyed the On Saint Jacques toast. Fish from the lake come directly from Bourdeau's professional fisherman, Parpillon. Gently, impossible to withstand the or of raspberry and grandiose acidulous. We appreciate contemporary decoration. The outdoor lounge to drink the aperitif while waiting for a table is tempting, it is drowned in the green with view over Lake Bourget.

Invitée, j ai trouvée qu il manquais aux menus quelques plats plus léger que le fromage,hors salade,
Mais ce lieu est aussi fais pour le fromage certainement
On nous a oublié au moment du dessert après 30mn voir plus d attente nous avons du appeler un autre serveur.

Restaurant de passionnés qui vivent pour leurs produits. Les portions sont généreuses et bien accompagnées. Les fondues étaient délicieuses. Bravo pour les diots en accompagnement, la salade et les desserts, nous nous sommes régalé.
