Honnêtement surpris que ce restaurant n’ait qu’une étoile. Je suis amateur de restaurant gastronomique et ils sont d’un niveau exceptionnel, quelle expérience. Je me suis régalé du début à la fin. Super balade en forêt. On reviendra ????????

We had a terrible experience at the restaurant.
The portions were small.
The meat was undercooked.
We were told we cannot get a carafe of water, and we think charging 12 euros for a bottle of water is over priced even for a restaurant of this calibre.
While the products used were clearly of high quality, we didn't find the dishes particularly tasty. For said experience, we found the price inadequate.

J'ai eu la chance de dîner à l'Ursus l'hiver dernier. C'était tout simplement la plus belle expérience culinaire que j'ai vécu à ce jour. Ce n'est pas donné à tout le monde de pouvoir y venir, mais il serait dommage de passer à côté si vous le pouvez. J'espère revenir bientôt.
