Strato-volcano which, in its heyday, rose to an altitude of more than 3,500 m at Mandailles-Saint-Julien.

With an imposing surface area of 2,700 square metres, it ranks as Europe's largest volcano. It would therefore be unthinkable to visit the Cantal without exploring this strato-volcano, which at its peak reached an altitude of over 3,500 metres!
