The interior is modern and pleasant and you can enjoy traditional cuisine and the chef's specialities: pounti with prunes, entrecôte de salers with blue cheese or gentian, truffade, pan-fried foie gras escalope, scallops... and the home-made millefeuille. For those who wish to spend the night, the rooms are beautiful, modern and comfortable. An ideal stopover in the heart of the Cantal and very close to the Puy Mary and other peaks.
