After returning from Australia, Maude and Sébastien decided to settle in the region where he was born: this is where K'Ozzie was born. The chef's dishes, both curious about new techniques and daring, have become more sophisticated and subtle, while offering a gastronomic experience centered on sharing.

Encore Bravo, nous avons passé hier un très bon moment! Le service est soigné mais pas guindé, le chef présente lui-même tous les plats, tout est réfléchi, cohérent et surtout le goût est bien présent dans l'assiette et avec raffinement! J'aimais bien avant les plats différenciés par convive, cela amenait encore plus de surprise mais l'expérience reste tout de même excellente!

Première expérience gustative dans ce restaurant aux caves voûtées, un service parfait exécuté par le chef et son épouse qui viennent vous expliquent la composition des mets aux accords parfaits, respect des producteurs et cuisine de grande qualité et créativité, très belle présentation dans des contenants différents, une carte des vins qui ravira les plus grands connaisseurs, un lieu à découvrir sans modération.
