Visit and taste traditional jams with apricot, morello cherry, but also strawberry rhubarb, pear with ginger, or carrot with gewurtzraminer... Impossible not to mention the cameline sauce, a great classic of medieval cooking: delicious jam made of apples, oranges, and figs, sugar, spices, dried fruits and a little vinegar.

Jams are really excellent! A fruit selection and preparing old, even if the production modernised, enhance the taste of fruit. A pleasure in a pure state! The possibility to taste all jams allows you to decide from specialities!
