I only needed to spend one night in Crest-Voland and was happy to take the smallest room, but I only booked after insisting that a good WiFi connection was important to me and having this confirmed on the phone. Once I was there, a Mac and an Android phone could not connect to the very weak signal. They "upgraded" me to another room with good WiFi signal, but what they did NOT say was that they would charge more. Which they did.

On top of that I had guests in the evening so I paid them a dinner for six, so they made a profit out of my stay, but their behaviour was disnonest.

Je n'avais besoin d'une chambre que pour une nuit à Crest-Voland et j'étais heureux de prendre la plus petite chambre, mais je n'ai réservé qu'après avoir précisé qu'une bonne connection WiFI était important pour moi et avoir reçu cette assurance au téléphone. Une fois là-bas, un Mac et un téléphone Android ne pouvaient pas se connecter avec le signal très faible. Ils m'ont alors "donné" une autre chambre, mais ce qu'ils ont bien omis de préciser était qu'ils me feraient payer plus, ce qu'ils ont fait.

En plus j'avais des invités le soir donc je leur ai payé un dîner pour six, ils ont bien profité de mon passage mais leur comportement a été malhonnête et mensonger.
