Behind the new places in Chambéry, the Emulsion rises its sauce, discreetly. It is Nicolas who is on the grill and who works more than 90% of fresh products. Menus are prepared with seasonal products to produce inventive cuisine in a very pleasant contemporary setting, far from the hustle and bustle. Fresh products live from good suppliers to be fair cooked to reveal all aromas. We liked cod in sausage with a écrasé of potatoes. No entry to keep room for dessert: A Paris Brest with a good homemade choux. No false note for professional service and a warm welcome that takes time to chat with the client. A place to go!

On n'a pas eu une bon expérience sachant que il y avait que 2 personnes pour couvrir la cuisine et le service et ils ont fait leur mieux mas c'était pas suffisant pour garantir un bon service. Dans ce cas c'est bien de prévenir les clients. On fêtais une anniversaire donc j'aurais préféré être au courant. Malgré le temp super long le repas était bon mais par rapport au prix on s'attendait à plus. Malgré tout ils étaient gentils.
