Read moreL'Écurie de Panino is a cheese dairy where you can buy directly the cheeses produced on the farm and in the mountain pastures in an artisanal way. Beaufort made on the mountain pastures, tomme, raclette, yoghurts and fromage blanc... All made using only milk from the farm's fifty or so dairy cows. Between respect for tradition and modernity, the passion is there, and buying direct from the producers is a delight in terms of exchange and product quality. And it's also a way of supporting a committed farming approach.
