The cheese factory is the place to stop and do your shopping before going back down to the valley. We appreciate the direct sale of cheeses made by local producers: Beaufort AOP, Bleu de Bonneval-sur-Arc, butter and raw milk... On order, you can have a fondue or a raclette prepared, with the loan of the equipment if needed. The good plan: the possibility to visit the cheese making workshops in Val Cenis-Lanslebourg.

Cédric, Julien and Sébastien. three friends from Aussois, mountain dwellers before they were brewers, decided to create their own beer with the flavors of Aussois. Since 2016, Brasserie d'Oé has been producing an organic, unfiltered beer in blond, amber and brown versions... Production remains confidential, but it's well worth a look. Mountain Stout (black beer), Golden Ale (blonde), Brown Ale (dark beer), Américan Amber Ale (amber): why not simply pay a visit to these three friendly brewers in their brewery in the heart of the village?
