Brewery of the peaks organizing a guided tour with tasting, to see the steps of production of a quality beverage.
Barley or wheat malt, hops, water and yeast. Sounds simple enough, but there are many steps involved in creating a quality beverage: crushing, mashing, brewing, filtration, boiling, clarification, fermentation... Before tasting (in moderation) Cime (blonde ale), Aiguille Blanche (white), Hors Piste (a high-fermentation blonde ale), Yeti (strong blonde ale), Piste noire (amber), Abominable (brown) or the raspberry, chestnut or genepi flavoured foams and other beers of the moment.. A guided tour is a must for a fascinating discovery of the craft of brewing on an artisanal scale: a know-how revealed with a tasting session.

Brasserie agréable que l'on peut visiter pour découvrir la fabrication des bières qui est surprenante ! il y a un petit magasin pour acheter et déguster les bières fabriquées. très intéressant et de belles découvertes; acceuil très agréable qui plus est !
