LA GRANDE MOLLIÈRE

A little warm-up? After a modest effort, this route will take you to a magnificent belvedere where you can enjoy the panoramic view, starting from either Chambéry or Aix-les-Bains. La Grande Mollière can be climbed outside the snow season, depending on weather conditions. In the Aix-Chambéry direction, you'll skirt Lac du Bourget, pass through Voglan or Bourget-du lac in one direction, then reverse direction after reaching Chambéry, before returning to the starting point.
