Gastronomic restaurant in Aix-les-Bains, good value for money, offering seasonal, refined and inventive cuisine.

After making their culinary mark at the Château de Candie in Chambéry, where they were awarded a Michelin star, Boris and Cédric opened Restaurant 59 in Aix-les-Bains in 2010. Originally, the two brothers managed the establishment: Boris worked in the kitchen, while Cédric was in charge of service. In 2013, Cédric took over as chef d'orchestre. His cuisine is based on the use of fresh produce chosen for its quality. The restaurant offers beautiful presentations in a hushed, friendly atmosphere.

Nous avons été une nouvelle fois très satisfaits de notre passage par votre établissement. Nous avons apprécié chaque plat et les douceurs intermédiaires. L’ambiance, chaleureuse et joyeuse, notamment grâce aux traits d’humour du maître d’hôtel, a été à la hauteur de la qualité des plats. Un seul conseil : actualiser, sur la carte, les millésimes des vins proposés.
