Traditional Savoyard cuisine in a restaurant in Aix-les-Bains.

In the pedestrian street, a restaurant with a modern and refined decoration. Shades of brown, beige and red to spend a pleasant time. Traditional cuisine with Savoyard specialities (fondues, conveyors, charcuterie…) but also toast, fresh pasta, hot stones… The L'Ecuelle plate consists of a variety of beef (beef fillet, mudflap, rump and tender). The duck magret is completely cooked in the oven to keep all its aromas. Roestis are the speciality of the house, the shredded potatoes shelter. We preferred salmon. Downstairs, a beautiful vaulted room.

Nous avons réservé une table par téléphone au restaurant, mais à notre arrivée, nous avons été choqués de constater que l'établissement était fermé, sans aucune notification préalable. Cette expérience a été extrêmement décevante, et la gestion de la réservation laisse à désirer. La moindre des choses aurait été de nous informer du changement de plan, évitant ainsi une perte de temps !
