Here, Olivier prepares dishes from fresh produce. Everything is homemade and the ingredients are as much as possible from local production. However, this is not just another pizzeria, nor is it just another pizzeria like any other. The decoration already says a lot about the desired break with the usual image of the pizzaïolo. It is also through the recipes, some of which are creations, that we find this modern and neat state of mind. A modern atmosphere, a terrace that can be enjoyed on sunny days. We like that the restaurant owner plays the card of the Cîmes beer brewed in Aix-les-Bains, flour from the local flour mill. The pizzas are delicious for a very good quality/price ratio.
