Original, refined cuisine based on fresh produce in a restaurant with terrace in Aix-les-Bains.

Here the cuisine has Italian accents. But make no mistake about it.... It is an original cuisine, refined and elaborated from fresh products that is available through a reduced menu, which changes regularly. We don't come here to eat a pizza, but to offer something else to our taste buds... a trip, an experience, an opening to inconnu ? A short trip to Naples by exemple ? A beautiful address whose terrace is appreciated on sunny days.

C’est la 3eme fois que nous nous rendons dans ce restaurant, plats savoureux mais nous avons été très déçu hier soir du service qui était très lent, 45’ d’attente pour les boissons et 1h15 pour le 1er plat ! C’est dommage

Carte courte et de saison, les produits sont hyper bien travaillés et très bon assaisonnement. Ras, j’ai pris un mocktail trop délicieux.

Comment différencier un bon restaurant italien d'un excellent restaurant italien ? Il suffit de franchir la porte de "A Modo Mio". Des papilles toutes émoustillées par la finesse et la justesse des plats accompagnés de vins italiens... Nous n'avons pas eu de mal à se sentir transporter de l'autre côté des Alpes. Je recommande donc vivement.
