The glacial cirque of Falgoux has a Nordic domain for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. At the foot of the Puy Mary, this is a great way to discover the upper reaches of the Mars valley, one of the most beautiful in the Cantal.
In good weather, starting from Pas-de-Peyrol, a nice hike of about twenty kilometers allows you to go around and to notice, depending on the season, many flowers (lily martagon, arnica, gentian, etc.). With a bit of luck you will come across chamois. You will also appreciate some waterfalls, including the Biaguin waterfall.
