For all our receptions: weddings, cocktails, business or family meals… Serge Arnaud and his team offer a catering service combining the pleasure of the eye and the palate with specially cared presentations, such as exotic buffets, and quality products carefully prepared. There are two cocktail formulas and three menus, all of which are adjustable to taste, featuring dishes such as ice-baked foie-baked liver, a poultry wok, a filet of perch roasted with the quenelle and basil, and a gourmet caterer who knows how to cure his presentations is a proof.
