Read moreIn a beautiful wood-framed establishment, the Brasserie du Pilat is part of a remarkable setting with a terrace opening onto the surrounding countryside. Visits to the brewery are possible to discover the production of this entirely organic drink. The brewery is traditional and the beers, balanced between malty and fruity notes, are brewed with spring water from the Monts du Pilat. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, you will find at the Brasserie du Pilat 8 different beers: 5 blondes and 3 amber as well as seasonal beers such as Giboulée or Fleur de Noël. All beers are produced from malt, spices and hops.
