This excellent butcher's shop has opted for the short circuit. After inheriting a family farm, David and Antoine became breeders. The two friends raise several breeds of pig: mangalitza, gascon and duroc. The pigs are born on the farm and raised outdoors, just like the poultry. The animals are fed grain without fertilizer. For beef and veal, the young enthusiasts buy from local producers. Sausages, terrines and pâtés: everything is handcrafted on site at the butcher's shop, and the charcuterie is guaranteed nitrite-free! David and Antoine welcome you with a smile, and are always on hand to give good advice!
