GAEC LA FERME MARGOT

Ferme Margot is a farmers' market located in Saint-Genest-Malifaux. The store offers a wide range of products, all made in the traditional way, without colorants or preservatives. The farm's flagship products include pork, with sausages, grillades, filet mignons and charcuterie, such as pâté de campagne, pâté de tête, pâté de couenne and dry sausages. The products are naturally air-dried at an altitude of 900 meters. Ferme Margot also offers piglets cut up and cooked in white wine for special events, and charcuterie platters for evenings out with friends.
