In his elegant, uncluttered boutique, Anthony Pailleux, a renowned chocolatier in his thirties, selected at the end of 2019 by the jury of the "Talents Gourmands" competition, offers you some filled with Balnéarian cobblestones, a praline and roasted hazelnut slivers coated with cocoa powder, taking the shape of the village's alleyways. But the product range doesn't stop there, it's highly diversified, with handmade confections made for the most part from fresh fruit, creamy caramels or marrons glacés. Creative delights!

Not far from the centre of Saint-Galmier and its racecourse, Peycelon wines have been offering excellent service, excellent advice and quality products for four generations. They are offered to sale, to individuals, to restaurateurs, etc., some major wines (Château La Lagoon, Château Margaux…), wines from all over France (Côtes-du-Forez aux Bordeaux, Côtes-du-Rhône, Val de Loire, Mâconnais…), champagnes,… but also draught and mineral water. Cédric Brisson opened a wine cellar and bar in Saint-Galmier in 2015. He offers for sale more than 350 references of wines and spirits of which you can taste a selection on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, around a slate of cheeses and charcuterie. Oenological evenings, for a maximum of 14 people, including the tasting of 7 to 8 wines, followed by a hot dish and a dessert cooked at the Charpinière, are proposed and the cellar can even be privatized for your private events. In short, a beautiful stone cellar to highlight!
