With over 300 million bottles sold every year, Badoit is the French leader in gaseous mineral waters. The Romans, specialists in water, already knew the source, archeological excavations helped prove that a rich Gallo-Roman used this water for bathing. After a period of forgotten centuries, it was rediscovered in 1778 for its aperitif and curative virtues. In 1837, a bold silk dealer, Auguste Badoit obtained the source of the source and had the idea of marketing water in bottles. Today, a whole range of products has been developed from this water.

Visite très intéressante à faire car elle mélange l'histoire de la source et des anciennes méthodes de récupération de cette eau (source, les puits, les bouteilles), de sa composition. Et d'une partie plus moderne est industrielle avec la visite de l'usine. Une fois la visite finie il faut faire un tour à la fontaine pour remplir une bouteille d'eau de badoit
