Duck foie gras marbled with Weiss cocoa, pollack with small vegetables or low temperature apple with salted butter caramel... It makes your mouth water. Rien à voir avec l’ancien patron : la cuisine est neutre en goût ( sauf le sel!) l’effilochée de porc par exemple n’est rien d’autre qu’un morceau de côte de porc dans le rachat, grasse et pas du tout effiloché et servi en entrée ?!
Les lumières sont éteintes, l’arrière salle est lugubre
