They are blondes, redheads and brunettes and they are not the waitresses of the brewery La Canaille but the craft beers brewed in these places. Installed in a building with an industrial past, this brewery carried by Greg and Marion advocates the local and the well done work. The beers, with names as funny as they are provocative, each claim their own character. You can store at the boutique, while the bar offers the opportunity to end the week in a good mood, in a warm room or on the terrace with a guinguette look. We love it!

Open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 9am to 5pm; Friday, 9am to 11pm; Saturday, 4pm to 9pm. Bar open only on Fridays and Saturdays from 4pm. Delivery possible.
Owner's Message
Based in Sail Sous Couzan in the Loire, in the heart of Forez, the brewery La Canaille offers you since 2012 beers brewed by hand, in a former factory of sparkling water emblematic of the village. Refermented in bottles or in barrels, whether blond, white or red, you will find the beer you need ... but always in moderation!
The store is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The bar is only open on Fridays from 4pm to 11pm and Saturdays from 4pm to 9pm.
