BRASSERIE LA CANAILLE

Craft brewery and microbrewery
5/5
12 reviews
Open - Close to 17h00

They are blondes, redheads and brunettes and they are not the waitresses of the brewery La Canaille but the craft beers brewed in these places. Installed in a building with an industrial past, this brewery carried by Greg and Marion advocates the local and the well done work. The beers, with names as funny as they are provocative, each claim their own character. You can store at the boutique, while the bar offers the opportunity to end the week in a good mood, in a warm room or on the terrace with a guinguette look. We love it!

DOMAINE DE COUZAN

Winery

The Domaine du Couzan was born of a man's passion for wine, Frédéric Murat. He chose to settle here more than ten years ago. For those who do not yet know the place, it covers a surface of 2,9 hectares composed predominantly of AOC Côtes-du-forez (red and rosé) and a large parcel of Chardonnay wine in the country of Urfé. The specialities of the house are the Cuvée Alexis, a deep purple ruby red, which delivers powerful aromas of red fruits where the shades of volcanic stone blend with the Cuvée and the Humanity, a rosé of a very fruity, round in mouth with a small incisive note. Here are some wines that can greatly seduce your guests during a dinner!

BOUCHERIE BELLION

Butchery

Multicartes (butcher, caterer and delicatessen), Corinne and Hervé Bellion have been cultivating the taste of good fortune since 2005. Every season, its specialty. From October to March, you can find the herb patch, one of which is already cooked and ready to be heated in the oven. In the spring of April-May, the couple of craftsmen made their godiveaux in the D of Montbrison, which will delight your summer barbecues. And to be fun all year round, the house block is cooked in sandstone bowl. The products of the land of Bellion!

BOULANGERIE-PÂTISSERIE-CHOCOLATERIE DELORME SEBASTIEN

Bakery

Charming couple of craftsmen, Blandine and Sebastien are interested in discovering their traditional products. The black bread of yesteryear is a huge, long-term rye pie, which is preserved in the long term. Other specialties that are inseparable from the house, a forézien is a local speciality to the apple, the mountain bread is monumental and the delicate art of chocolate seems tense to the sight and especially to the tasting of the "little secrets of du", a sweet chocolate that marries almonds and praline lined with fine chocolate. Your taste buds will appreciate the gift to take, offer or enjoy.
