Chez Nine en Provence is a friendly restaurant where the sun is reflected in the dishes, decoration and smiles of the staff. There's a little family aspect to it that we appreciate. The cuisine, with a bistronomic spirit, will seduce you from starter to dessert: half-cooked foie gras with cocoa Pralus and candied quince, gravlax of trout, creamy white pudding and its purple radishes, truffle chestnut puree, pistachio financier, Tatin pie.... Something to enjoy at lunch and dinner! The products are of high quality, fresh and seasonal and the recipes are worked and original, a beautiful and unusual address to recommend; every Wednesday, a show evening is organised.
