Jean-Luc Trambouze and his son Pierre-Alban invite you to discover the delights of the region, in their restaurant of 60 seats with a Provencal patio of 25 seats. The products are carefully selected and sublimated in a fine and imaginative kitchen. Be comfortable in the beautiful room, for example, for example - because the menus change every day - a velvety parsnips with cooked St. Jacques walnut petals, or the young shoots of salads accompanied by candied and Parmesan oysters, and then the blanquette of wolf filet to curry cream with their poached, the cooked beef fillet with a juice a little juice serré and fried vegetables, simply accompanied by a glass of wine, then cheeses and original house dessert. The wine list will delight the amateurs. The courtesy of the team only reinforces the feeling of being received by enthusiasts. This is the gastronomic bistro in Roanne!
