Inn with a small restaurant in Dienne with a warm atmosphere.
Located on the heights of the Santoire valley, at an altitude of 1,176 m, this lake was created by a rich bourgeois from Murat at the end of the 16th century. The trip is worthwhile, but on arrival you will discover a peaceful place for a moment out of time. A small restaurant awaits you. The atmosphere is very warm. You can taste regional dishes, tripoux and pounti, as well as trout with bacon and the inevitable truffade! If you fish, you will only pay the product of your exploits by the kilo. If you don't fish, it's... free!

Peu de lieux combinent un emplacement remarquable, une cuisine généreuse et de très bonne qualité ainsi que des prix raisonnables (86€ pour 2 avec bières, plats, desserts et une bouteille de vin). Le restaurant du lac sauvage en fait partie !
Mention spéciale pour la truffade, les choux farcis et la tarte tatin.
