CHEF RENAUD

Chef Renaud offers individual or paired cooking classes in Montbrison. These courses are open to all, and are based on traditional cooking techniques, with a contemporary twist. Classes focus on recipes developed by Chef Renaud himself, to help you acquire the necessary culinary basics. In a friendly, fun atmosphere, participants are invited to cook, while Chef Renaud assists, guides and advises them. At the end of the course, a summary is provided, so that participants can reproduce the preparations at home. The aim of these courses is to give participants the keys to a better understanding of cooking, techniques and tricks of the trade, so they can apply them to their everyday cooking and entertaining. Classes take place in participants' own homes, with their own equipment and utensils. Chef Renaud offers his courses not only in Montbrison, but also in Yssingeaux, covering the departments of Loire and Haute-Loire.
