Since April 2018, Damien Guenier, a former Bougainvillean, has taken over the reins of this friendly address in a flowery setting. The chef cooks the local products with talent in an astonishing way. The Fourme de Montbrison is in the spotlight with the famous courgette fritters, which are also found in the puff pastries. Discover original recipes, and enjoy a nettle cream with its carrot flan and mushroom chutney, or the scallop chutney in a crust, then the grilled sirloin and gratin with its small vegetables, the guinea fowl supreme with crayfish, the crispy pike-perch with rice and vegetables, or the beef fillet with morels, then the local cheeses, to finish the homemade dessert cart. An essential address, with an excellent price-quality ratio and an excellent service!
