Marketed since last November, this spring water is drawn from Montarcher, a small village perched at an altitude of 1,100 m in the Forez mountains. This high-quality, low-mineralization water is available in still and sparkling versions. The bottling plant is located in the same village as the spring, and the water is reasonably extracted to respect its natural cycle. This ethical, affordable and delicious spring water can be found in local restaurants, cafés and hotels, as well as in organic and local produce stores.

Drawn from the Haut-Forez mountains, at an altitude of 1,100 meters, Montarcher spring water is a still water treated with the greatest respect for health and the environment. It is characterized by its low mineral and salt content, respectively 40 mg and 4 mg per liter, which makes it purer and lighter than other spring waters on the market. With a "zero waste" objective, Montarcher is packaged in glass bottles, which prevents consumers from ingesting fine plastic particles that could be harmful to their health. Recently, a sparkling version of Montarcher spring water has also been introduced. You can find Montarcher spring water in cafés, hotels and restaurants in the region, as well as in specialized stores such as Biocoop, Satoriz or La Vie Claire.
