Un cadre magnifique
Parfait.
Les chambres dans le château est très confortable. Le seul point négatif est le confort des roulettes.
La rénovation du restaurant est moins reussie, un peu trop neutre avec les équipements de sécurité trop présents.
Pour un repas du soir le rythme du sevice était trop rapide.
Côté plats, globalement très bon, avec un bémol sur le carpaccio de saint Jacques qui avait dû être préparé en amont ce qui lui avait fait perdre une partie de son goût et de sa fraîcheur.
Pour ce qui est de l'accueil, c'était parfait avec un personnel très agréable et professionnel.
